- Toasted bread topped with a light, but flavorful, combination of fresh tomatoes, cheese, and Italian herbs and seasonings.

Miniature Beef Wellingtons
- Tenderloin of beef wrapped in a pastry puff and topped off with a Bordelaise sauce.

Miniature Crab Cakes
- Tender crab meat tossed with a tasty combination of special ingredients then flash-fried to a golden brown.

Paté
- Creamy duck liver paste, seasoned to perfection.

Sesame Chicken Skewers
- Juicy slices of chicken breast coated in sesame seeds.

Raspberry Brie Puffs
- Fresh Brie cheese and raspberry pureé mingle within a light, crisp puff pastry shell

Crudite Platter (mixed vegetables)
