Filet Mignon

Tender filet brushed with Cumin oil and grilled to your specification.  Served with julienne vegetables, roasted potatoes, and a brandied peppercorn sauce. 

Sesame-Crusted Tuna

Fresh Yellowfin tuna coated with sesame seeds and seared in sesame oil.  Served with Island rice, julienne vegetables, and an Ailoi sauce.

Whole Yellowtail Snapper

Our signature dish of whole yellowtail snapper, deep-fried and served with roasted potatoes, julienne vegetables, and a tangy raspberry vinaigrette.

Dessert Selection: (Choice of two selections)

All packages are exclusive of 7.5% local tax, 20% gratuity, set-up fee (which varies upon location and menu chosen), and any location site/coordination/maintenance fee.  Entrée menu not included.
