Pistachio Encrusted Grouper

Local Red Grouper encrusted with toasted pistachio nuts and pan seared with a lemon buerre blanc sauce and accompanied by Island rice and a vegetable medley.

Chicken Valdostana

Herb roasted chicken breast stuffed with Prosciutto ham, sun dried tomatoes, and fontina cheese.  Served with Island rice and a vegetable medley.

Mango Banana Cobbler

All packages are exclusive of 7.5% local tax, 20% gratuity, set-up fee (which varies upon location and menu chosen), and any location site/coordination/maintenance fee.  Entrée menu not included.
