These packages are specially designed for your
boating adventure. Whether your enjoying a gathering of close friends and family
or celebrating a special moment we can enhance your special event with these
selections.
Sail Away
Please choose 5 of the following cold display selections for your event.
- Miniature Deli Sandwiches (Variety)
- Sushi Roll Display with ginger, wasabi & seaweed salad
- Artesian Fruit & Cheese Display
- Crudités’ Platter
- Gourmet Bread Bowl with one of the following spreads: Assorted Canapés, Stuffed Tomatoes with Crab and avocado salad, Cucumber coins with smoked salmon
- 3 Salsa Station with homemade salsa, mango salsa and pineapple papaya: served with assorted tortilla chips or pita points depending on ship’s preference.
- Anti-Pasta Platter with salami, proscuitto, pepperoni and assorted hard cheeses: accompanied by pepperochini’s and black olives.
- Key West Shrimp Cocktail
- Asparagus Spears wrapped in proscuitto
- Fruit/Melon Kabobs with assorted fresh fruits
and/or melons
Chocolate dipped strawberries - Caprese Tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes stuffed with basil & mozzarella.
With this package you will have a server to assist you and your guests during your special event. In addition to the items listed with the Sail Away pacakage you get 2 of the following.
